Location: Dubai, U.A.E Our Client, Sundance Events is seeking to hire a Projects Coordinator. Job Description:
This position requires a young, dynamic female candidate who lives in Dubai, with driving License and own car. Must have past events management experience (college events or 1year experience) with a pleasant character. Presentable and has a professional attitude. Self motivator, willing to work long hours when needed and appreciates the importance of deadlines. The successful candidate will be trained to handle road shows of different natures across the UAE and coordinate with regional affiliates on the same. She will need to be able to select promotional staff, compile databases, obtain required permits and full client servicing including invoicing and collection. Must be fluent in English language both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
