Location Job Description Qualifications
| 1. University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or IT
2. 3-5 years experience in telecommunications or similar industry (banking / utilities) with aggressive SLA's
3. CRM and Collections system / process in vital
4. Strong understanding of IT system
5. Knowledge of SQL, BSCS, SIEBEL, DOC 1, ORACLE, Kenan Arbor, Amdocs, Geneva (Operational experience with major telecommunications billing system
6. Preferably who worked from both mobile and fixed lines establish two different companies for the 2 services. |
